"'My newest single is called 'Eventually.' It’s an epic myth about two modern road warrior lovers, racking up the sky miles; quelling volcanoes and floods far from home or waiting by the door. I’ve played both roles," explains Wilson. "Lately I’ve been trying to make recordings that situate a homely upright piano within a weather system of ambient synthesizer. I think that suits the message of 'Eventually' pretty well."

Sadler Vaden is set to return with Anybody Out There? on March 6, 2020 via Dirty Mag Records / Thirty Tigers. The highly anticipated follow-up to his 2016 self-titled debut, Anybody Out There? was self-produced by Vaden, engineered by multi-platinum producer Paul Ebersold, and mastered by Grammy Award-winner Richard Dodd. It sees the acclaimed instrumentalist at his most adventurous with melody-driven tracks backed by supersized electric guitar and hook-savvy songwriting that deals with the challenges of creating a true human connection in a technology-obsessed world. Featured within the 10-song set are co-writes with Aaron Lee Tasjan (“Peace + Harmony”) and fellow guitarist Audley Freed (“Anybody Out There?”).

Today, album standout “Golden Child” is premiering exclusively at The Boot ahead of its worldwide digital release tomorrow. Opening with an “instantly catchy guitar riff,” the track features fellow 400 Unit member Denny DeBorja on a Wurlitzer electronic piano and can be heard now HERE. Of writing the song, Vaden offered, “I chose to write about this person who's been very privileged, who's had that kind of upbringing, but is trying to exist as a person, who wants you to know he or she doesn't have everything.” In addition to sharing the new single, Vaden has announced a string of tour dates to follow his hometown album release show at Nashville’s Mercy Lounge on March 7 with more to be added soon. Please see below for full tour details.

(New York, NY): Parsonsfield - New England’s beloved creators of “the most jubilant and danceable indie roots music this side of the Carolinas” (NPR Music) - will embark on a new era of their career with the April 3 release of Happy Hour on the Floor, their new LP out on Signature Sounds. Produced by Benjamin Lazar Davis (Okkervil River, Joan As Police Woman). Known for their rustic and stirring sounds and warm harmonies, the four-piece rockers now add dreamy synthesizers, hypnotizing loops, warped pianos (borrowed from a band member’s childhood home), melodic fuzz, and vintage drum machines to make upbeat American music that’s more groovy and danceable than any of their previous work.

Happy Hour on the Floor opens with “Paper Floor,” a love story between two striving young professionals who come together in New York City. When money and social status become the foundation of their relationship, it’s like living in a high rise apartment with the titular ‘paper floor.’ Watch the band play intricate paper instruments in the music video on WNYC’s New Sounds: https://www.newsounds.org/story/weekly-music-roundup-grammys-debrief-katie-gately-and-mitski

A singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and dedicated road warrior, Parker McCollum began building a following in his native Texas with 2015's The Limestone Kid. The album track "Meet You in The Middle" became a hit on Texas' regional radio chart — no small feat for an independent, 22-year-old musician — but it was the album's widely-acclaimed follow-up, Probably Wrong, that helped Parker find national success. Compared to John Mayer and Jason Isbell by Rolling Stone, Parker supported the album with a string of sold-out shows, bringing record-breaking crowds to venues like San Angelo's RiverStage and two sold-out Billy Bob’s (May and December 2019) along the way.

Born in Conroe, TX, and currently based in Austin, the 27-year-old entrepreneurially-spirited artist bridges the gap between Texas' homegrown music scene and Nashville's country-industry headquarters. His songwriting, which has been hailed by The Austin Chronicle for "carrying on the traditions of Texas music without pretension or referring to pickup trucks," earned him a publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Nashville in May 2018 and a recording deal with Universal Music Group Nashville in June 2019.

Parker’s newest track, “Pretty Heart,” is available everywhere now and precedes his major label debut LP, in 2020.
